An easy and healthy high protein yogurt bake that's perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack.

This baked yogurt bowl is made with 5 ingredients and makes a great single serve or meal prep recipe.

  • To kick off the new year I made a breakfast quiche with roasted veggies using @egglandsbest eggs. They stay fresher longer, contain 6x more vitamin D, and 25% less saturated fat compared to ordinary eggs. And not to toot my horn but this is prob one of the prettiest quiche I’ve ever made. I opted to do a caprese inspired quiche with some of my fave roasted veggies and of course mozzarella some basil and tomatoes. Link in my linktree to find egglands best near you!

  • These oatmeal muffins are perfect for busy mornings, and you can easily make them your own with different mix-ins! Packed with flavor and made with Eggland’s Best eggs, they’re great for breakfast or as a snack throughout the day. 

Ingredients:

🍽 3 cups quick cook or old-fashioned oats 
🍽 ¾ teaspoon cinnamon 
🍽 1 teaspoon baking powder 
🍽 ½ teaspoon salt 
🍽 2 large Eggland’s Best cage-free eggs 
🍽 1½ cups whole milk 
🍽 ¼ cup honey 
🍽 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
🍽 2 large bananas, mashed 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 12-count muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
3. Add in wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Divide batter into 3 bowls and add your favorite mix-ins.
5. Fill muffin wells and top with more mix-ins if desired.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and springy. Let cool before enjoying!
